How to buy at Żabka Nano and Żappka Store?

Register

Step 1
Żabka Nano

Insert your payment card into the terminal and register with your phone number.

Żappka Store

Install the Żappka app and register by selecting Żappka Store / Żabka Nano in the menu. Connect your payment card to Żappka Pay.

Open the door

Step 2
Żabka Nano

Insert your card into the terminal to open the door.

Żappka Store

Generate a QR code and scan it to open the door.

Enter the store

Step 3

Once the door is automatically unlocked, go inside. Shopping with friends? No problem! Enter all together and your purchases will be credited to the person opening the door with his/her card or QR code.

Take products from the shelf and leave the store

Step 4

You can pack the products straight into your bag or backpack. You don't have to scan them anywhere or wait in the checkout queue. Just take what you want and leave and we'll take care of the rest.

After successful shopping, you'll receive a receipt via text message or in-app notification.

The relevant amount will also be debited from the card you added during the registration process.

How to buy
at Żappka Store

Remember
a few rules

Do not give products to another person - the given product will be credited to your account.

You can pack your shopping straight into your bag or backpack.

If you cancel a product, put it back. Wrongly put aside, it will be credited to your account.

Safety and payments

We put the safety of our users first, which is why we have made sure that both your data and payments are properly secured.
Remember also that you can carry out the whole process of registration to Żappka Store at home or in any other convenient place. You do not have to do it near the store.

Safe payments

To generate your unique QR code to enter the store, the app will ask you to verify your identity with a PIN code. This is generated when you add your payment card in the żappka app.

No funds on my card, what then?

If your card does not have the necessary funds on it, you can pay again using the "Re-payment" button in your in-app account view. We will also attempt to collect the funds due - a maximum of 3 times within 15 days from the date of purchase. You can also manage your cards in Żappka Pay. If you want to add a new card or change an active payment method to another - you can do it without any problem.

Invoice and Your data

In order to issue an invoice, we will need your basic data: name, surname, e-mail and address. Don't worry, this is no more than what you provide when you register with the Żappka Store. Remember also that the above data is not collected for marketing purposes, we only need it to issue an invoice.
